Our Story
Capmo was founded in early 2018 by Florian Biller, Patrick Christ, Sebastian Schlecht and Florian Ettlinger with the vision to revolutionize the construction industry. Since then, a lot has happened: we grew from 4 to more than 90 employees, completed three funding rounds, moved into our brand-new terrace office in Munich's city center... Initial Interview
In the first telephone interview with your HR contact, we would like to get to know you: Who are you, what drives you and what do you want to achieve? You will get first insights into Capmo and our way of working and you can ask us your questions.
Technical Interview
In round 2 you will get to know your future team lead. In a technical deep dive, you can show what you are capable of and prove in a practical case that you are the absolute best person for this position. In this interview, you also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Peer and Founder Interview
The final interview is all about your personal and cultural fit. In the Peer Interview, your future colleagues challenge your values. In the Founder Interview you will learn from our founders where we want to go with Capmo. Use this opportunity to ask your questions and clarify any last ambiguities.
