Norbert Peine

Norbert Peine has worked as an executive in construction groups, internationally (Bilfinger) and nationally (Implenia Hochbau, Zech Bau), for over four decades.

In doing so, he has extensive experience in corporate strategic topics and major operational projects. Thanks to his background in construction management and 40 years of management experience, Mr. Peine is one of the most distinguished managers in the German-language general contractor market. As Vice President of the Bavarian Construction Industry and CEO of the vbw Munich-Oberbayern, he has been active at top level in association work for over two decades and promotes the development of the construction industry with other managers and partners, in exchange with politicians.

Fabian Bauwens-Adenauer

Fabian Bauwens-Adenauer is managing partner of Bauwens Construction GmbH & Co. KG and, with his extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry, decisively shapes the strategic direction and future security of the company. Since 2023, he has been working as a management consultant at Capmo to further advance digitization in the construction industry.

Before becoming a managing partner, he completed his Master of Science in International Management and began his professional career at PGIM Real Estate. He later moved to GAR German American Realty, where he worked as Head of Investments and later as Managing Partner.

Nils Köster

Nils Köster is managing partner of Köster GmbH, one of the leading German general contractors, which has always consistently focused on digitization and construction process expertise with the Köster process system. Since 2023, Nils Köster has also been involved as a management consultant at Capmo to further advance digitization in the construction industry.

Köster studied civil engineering, completed an MBA and a degree in real estate economics. He started his career at Köster as a construction manager, later became a project manager and joined the management board in 2019. In 2022, he was appointed to the board of directors and appointed CEO in July 2023. In this role, he focuses on economic construction, digitization and sustainability, including through innovative methods such as Building Information Modeling (BIM).

Florian Biller

Florian Biller founded Capmo in 2018 together with Sebastian Schlecht and is now managing director and commercial director of the company.

The construction industry was born in his cradle: Even his grandfather ran a construction company in Munich. During his studies in St. Gallen, he decided that he would become an entrepreneur himself. There he discovered his passion for innovation at the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM).
